The oil can be used as is by plastic product manufacturers, or refined for use in compression ignition motors or refined even more for use in spark ignition engines. It can also be used in its unrefined state to power gas turbine gen sets and deliver base load scheduled renewable energy.

Both plastics and rubber tyres are equally destructive to the atmosphere but the plastic has an evel twist which enables it to break down into microparticles. Picked up by drains, creeks etc they eventually enter the water table and food chain. Shell fish, clams oysters and the things that eat them, including us. Plus all the animals that drink from the creeks, streams and rivers . Ingest enough plastics and it's like being fed arsenic in small doses. Ingest enough and you're dead. Millions of sea bird chicks die every day because of this. We are involved in the food chain don't forget.
