And for use on your garden around your plants, flowers, vegetables, on your fields and paddocks or in your vineyards, sprinkled around your fruit trees or as described in the above-mentioned website, which also contains the portions and quantities suggested for these operations.
The purchaser, reseller and user of this product agree with the following statement: M, Ngaitahu Energy Limited and its Australian branch NELDAC Pty Ltd ABN 77680143784, are Not Responsible For Anything that Happens from using these products.
The purchaser and or reseller agree that they shall not misrepresent or otherwise describe the services or the product to in any way whatsoever which is misleading or deceptive or which in any way, contravenes the Trade Practices Act 1974 or the Fair Trading Act 1985 or ACCC and hereby indemnifies against all probable claims, actions or prosecutions whatsoever including all issues with third parties and where so ever made against M or penalties inflicted on M as a consequence of any or all misleading or deceptive statements made by third parties in respect to the products, services or the business of M.
